Our flight got canceled the night before our trip and rescheduled us to fly out of Philly. Called and made reservation while driving. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and Edward did a great job driving the shuttle to the airport. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Renaissance. Our stay was part of the sleep, park and fly program. The room was clean and very big. The bottles of water in the room were very helpful. There's a nice big screen TV with many channels. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We had plenty of towels and toiletries. We could hear some of the guests in what we think was the room above us, but we put on white noise to help with sleeping. The staff was the best part of the hotel. They are welcoming and warm. They are personable and go out of their way to help. We had lovely conversations with the woman (can't remember her name) when we arrived Friday evening, and also the morning we left with Stacey. When we returned from our trip to pick up our car, I felt bad for the girls who were working. There were numerous people in the lobby, creating all kinds of ruckus. The ladies handled it with grace and decorum. Especially difficult in the times we are living in right now. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Renovating the rooms. Our room was fully renovated. Nice bar/restaurant. People were friendly. Really nice transport van driver to airport which is not the norm in hotels by airport. I would stay here again.

Hotel is getting much needed update therefore many things were not up to par. Staff however was great as usual, with special mention of Missy and Cathy in bar area. So busy that night they ran out of beers and some alcohol. Nonstop workers!!! Nate from security escorted us to shuttle which was appreciated since it was a 4:am departure and James our driver could not have been nicer. All their contributions made up for the many small items that were not anticipated. Hope all the improvements will be completed by the time we need to use this location.

Room was clean an well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful....there was a glitch with airport shuttle. Someone locked the keys in the running van..but no delay and another was brought in and there was no tile lost!

Clean but older, could use new carpet. Staff was nice. Shuttle every 20 minutes 24 hours a day. Both the evening shower and morning shower was just lukewarm..... couldn’t get water any hotter. Shower and sink drains were partially clogged and took 15+ minutes to drain water out. Didn’t use the indoor pool, but it was big and looked really nice.

We stayed one night before our flight and one night after we came back. The hotel is okay. clean beds and all. it shows its age though and needs updating. One problem we had was that that even though the hotel was advertised as breakfast included, when we checked in we were not automatically offered breakfast coupons. They even claimed that the stay park rate did not include breakfast. Only when we protested did they provide the coupons.
