Hotel stay was great. Shuttle service to the airport was on time as promised. Return shuttle service was non-existant. I called repeatedly for the shuttle and nobody would pick up the phone. We waited outside at pickup point for over an hour in the cold and finally had to take a taxi. Thank you to Hotel front desk for covering our taxi cost. We will definitely include Four Points in our future travel plans but PLEASE improve your return shuttle service.

We live three hours away from the airport and had an early morning flight. We decided it was best for us to get a hotel the night before instead of leaving our house at 2am. This hotel was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was on time coming and going. This was a great idea. I would definitely stay here again the night before an early flight again!

The hotel has very easy access from the highway and to the airport. The shuttle service was provided in a timely manner. The stay and park made my trip very easy! Friendly staff. My only complaint was I was near a lot of people that were up all night yelling and slamming doors and my neighbor must have been watching sports ALLL NIGHT. I could hear his tv and his yelling. So it was a bit of sleepless night, but I also did not have to leave my house at 3am for an early morning flight.

Conveniently located about 5 minutes from Philadelphia international airport. Upon arrival, James welcomed us with a smile and got us checked in quickly. He even made sure to add our stay to my Bonvoy rewards program. The lobby was small but still had a nice sized bar and a place for us to sit and have our dinner (we had brought our own, there is no restaurant). The room was spotless with plenty of storage space. A nice size desk if you needed to work and a very comfortable king size bed. They\'re also plenty of outlets throughout the room. Shuttle service to the airport is very convenient. I bus runs every 20 minutes on the hour. Would definitely stay here again.
