Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were a pretty decent size, clean and well maintained. How easy to settle in the night before and catch your plane the next morning. No need to rush out of your house worry about traffic get parking and get your bags to check in. At this well appointed hotel just leave your room take the bags down to the lobby and the next thing you and your bags are of f to the terminal. I will stay here again and go out of my way to fly out of Philadelphia so I can take advantage of the convenience and comfort of Four Points by Sheraton. Note I stayed October 017 but that choice was not available in the pull down menu.

When we arrived, we found out that the 4 points was closed do to a water main break a few days prior, and our reservation was transferred to their sister property right across the street. Went over and checked in, same type room and long term parking. No glitches at all and everyone eas very friendly

After I had a time of it at the front desk because I had my husband's credit card and not mine (carry proper id people!), they gave us a room right next to the elevator, snack machines, and ice to accommodate a friend in a boot. It was clean, quiet, and gave us a wake up call at the right time. The parking lot is convenient and very lit up at night. The shuttles to the airport come often and were very easy to use. This is the only way to ensure you will get the the Philadelphia airport in time for your early flight, thus avoiding traffic problems. I would go there again. We didn't dine there or use other facilities there.
