Overall a great stay..stayed overnight ..shuttle had prompt service and free parking for our car. We only had 2 suggestions. ..COFFEE TO GO IN LOBBY..this is am MUST HAVE for travelers leaving before 0630..restaurant doesn't open til 0630!!!! The brew yourself in your room just isn't cutting it and the lobby bar closes too early especially on a Saturday night.

The first thing I noticed was that there were no "cover-up"smells in the hallways. To my delight, the room was fresh and clean with no air freshener or fabric softener smell. I liked the effort they made to reduce waste by having refillable soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Another great feature was no microwave in the room. It was where the ice machine was. No burnt popcorn smells! Everyone I encountered on the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I ate in the hotel restaurant and had a very good burger and fries. The shuttle to the airport was right on time and when I returned it was there within minutes of my arriving at the loading zone. Overall, a very good experience.

Stayed here the night before an early flight out of Philly. 24 hour service. Comfortable and clean stay. Airport shuttle runs every 20 min starting on my the hour. Weekly car parking included in the price in their gated lot.

Stuck in elevator 10 min. Never did operate so 5 flights of stairs twice with bags. Good workout at 5am. Too much Lysol spray in room. Place was ok. We'll try again next year
