My husband and I arrived quite late after a long day of work. We were ready to simply relax and begin our vacation. The check in process was with a poorly trained front desk clerk that managed to aggravate us. The room was ok but the curtains had dust caked on the top of them. Sheraton's beds are the most comfortable beds of any hotel chain, these did not disappoint. The driver in the morning taking us to the airport was friendly and helpful.

Although my stay was just over night before a flight the following morning my stay was excellent. The customer service was phenomenal, I was greeted with a warm welcome and all of the employees were so helpful and pleasant. I'd recommend the four points to anyone I know going to the area or who will be traveling. Keep up the excellent work

Night manager At Four Points went above and beyond to accommodate our trip. After driving two hours and arriving as planned, Four Points had no record of my reservation, even though ParkSleepHotels had confirmed it two days earlier. We were given an upgraded room and 8 days parking at the ParkSleepHotels quoted rate. Four Points made the start of our trip a bonus rather than a disaster.

Beds were clean, clean, clean!! Bathroom also very clean. Decor needs updating but who cares when it is so clean. Quiet - could not hear hall or neighboring room noise. Minutes from airport. Van on time both ways.
