We actually stayed at Four Points across from Aloft due to an overbooking from a bus group. Initially I was annoyed, but the front desk at Four Points were apologetic and gave us a small credit and free drink at the bar. The next day when we were waiting for the shuttle to the airport at 4am, a different gentleman gave my 2 year old son a cookie and a water. They were very accommodating and attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay again

Convenient to airport, the shuttle has always been on time and only a short trip. The drivers are helpful and polite. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The desk personnel are proficient and welcoming.

Only stayed for 7 hours overnight but was a welcome relief to catch a first-flight out. Room was efficient, clean and convenient. Reception desk was spot on. Shuttle was prompt at 3:20 am & helped with baggage. Excellent value overall.

Nothing worse than getting up @ 3:45 am for your international flight and experiencing barely lukewarm water. My husband was able to shower but I could not manage to. The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. We love the convenience of sleep,travel and park and will continue to stay here in the future

We stay here often when we travel. We leave our car parked here for the week we are away. Never an issue. This time we were put in room 202 and it was extremely loud as it’s on the corner of the building closest to the highway. We will stay again but request an odd number that faces the other side. It has always been a quiet experience for us until this time. Early shuttle to the airport never fails! Quick and courteous.
