I was quite impressed with every person I came in contact during my very short stay at Aloft. From the receptionist to the bartender to the cook to security, each person went out of their way to make sure I was cared for. Great place. Will not only use this hotel and StayParkTravel, but I will recommend this to others.

We were greeted by a very positive, helpful person at the front desk. She took the time to explain all the amenities of the hotel and was very helpful. The room we had was perfect for a one night stay. Very clean, a very nice layout with the bath and the bedroom. Our flight was cancelled so we never had the chance to take advantage of the free parking, but we are staying there again later in the week and in September... VERY HAPPY

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. The shuttle service to and from airport was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling out of Philadelphia Airport and using the Stay/Park/Travel option.

Friendly staff met us at the Aloft registration desk and were very helpful as to what we needed to do. Clean and comfortable room and prompt service regarding transport to and from the airport. Our car was safe in the gated lot, which gave us a sense of security while we were on vacation.

I booked this hotel because we had a very early flight out of Philadelphia. The front desk staff was very pleasant. I was given information about the shuttle for the morning which turned out to be spot on the next morning. There is a bar area in the lobby which does have food options (I wasn't aware of this prior to arriving so we stopped along the way to grab a bite). There is also a pool table in the lobby which was a nice option for something to do. Our room was clean and nicely done. Roomy with a comfy king bed. Shower was probably one of the best hotel showers I have ever experienced as the water pressure was fantastic and the water hot. It was an extra plus being able to leave our car there while we were gone. Shuttle services on the return end was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.
