Had a nice one night stay before a flight. Room was nice, staff super friendly. The only thing we were bummed about was the outside patio not being cleaned up and ready to use. It was a beautiful night and we gladly would have sat and had a couple of drinks if it hadn't been so sad looking. Other than that we would def stay here again

Of all the philadelphia airport hotels with free parking during a vacation, this is our favorite. The front desk staff members are friendly and helpful, the shuttle drivers are always very professional, and the room is clean and nice. When we returned to retrieve our car, Angel, at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

sorry, I don't do reviews....... But one comment: although the place is relatively new, it's in need of some basic preventive maintenance that housekeeping should notify the front desk about---or better yet, your housekeeping manager should be picking up on. Things like the faucet spraying all over the mirror when you turn it on, and the plastic "closing" strip on the door of the shower that is pulling off.....These are the kinds of things than should be addressed before the rooms start to look like shit.....

We have never met more friendly, helpful employees. The two female clerks at check-in were absolutely AWESOME! as well as Bill, the shuttle driver.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to the location of this hotel next to major highways, it is very noisy, making it difficult for us to sleep. Breakfast is not included, and the breakfast we paid for was no better than mediocre. We traveled in 3/18, but that option is not available on this site.
