Great overnight stay before early flight. Checking and checkout seamless and speedy. Love the Park Stay Fly feature. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and bed comfortable. Shuttle 24/7 was great. Only negatives were that for days I tried to call to confirm 24/7 shuttle service and kept getting a looped message sending me back to initial message choices and pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. Didn't use the spa so couldn't rate it. Made up for any negatives with the accommodations and features.

We stayed at the Aloft Hotel in Philadelphia on the night of July 26th, as we had an early morning flight on July 27th. Everyone we encountered was very kind and professional, but we wanted to give a special shout-out to Earlene, the breakfast cook. Although she wasn?t scheduled to begin serving food for another 30 minutes, she went above and beyond to make sure we had something to eat before our early departure. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and we?re so grateful for her exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Earlene! We plan to stay here whenever we have an early morning flight .

Very clean and comfortable hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative was when we returned from our vacation we waited 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle back to the hotel. Other than that everything was great!

Staff is always courteous and friendly. Check in process is very simple as well as the checkout process The only thing in that area that is needed is local restaurants. Overall, it’s an excellent place for me
