This was a wonderful facility and every staff member was friendly and respectful except the hotel receptionist, both before and after our trip. She was not helpful in the least, would not answer my questions and was extremely short and rude with everything she did say to me. I believe her name was Kaylee and she wore an Indian or Muslim head-dress. I am white and very respectful to all races. This girl definitely had an entitlement problem. I was there on June 6 and June 14. You may contact me.

Very convenient to the airport for an early flight. This was our first stay in an Aloft hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how large and modern the room and bathroom were. We wish there was a restaurant on site, but the hotel across the parking lot served until 10:00 pm, so we arrived just in time to order some food.

The hotel was nice, clean and convenient. They were having issues at Aloft and moved across the parking lot to the Four Points Sheraton also nice hotel. The problem is for park n stay they print out a receipt for you to use when picking up car. When going to the second hotel my husband believes he left the receipt on the check in counter. We came to find out that ALL of our information was on receipt. The complete credit card number, expiration date and CVC number. We have NEVER received a receipt from anywhere with all of this personal information. I had to stop my credit card to limit any potential liability for theft. I do not believe this is good practice, in fact I believe it is a breach in credit card protocol.

We appreciated the look of the hotel and it was very clean. Desk personnel were very helpful with our questions. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and the driver was pleasant to talk to. We would stay again if in the area.
