Fron office woefully understaffed the night of our arrival and the next morning. Even though we reseved seats on the 6am shuttle, it was a madhouse trying to get on it. Wakeuo call never arrived-phone in room would not revieve calls. Food was good and the extended stay parking was better than what I expected.

Very good value for "Park sleep & fly". The inn was clean and the staff was great. The motel was very busy and they only had one person staffing the front desk which slowed things up, but she knew what she was doing and handled it very well. We didn't use the pool or spa, so I couldn't really rate them. I would definately stay here again.

Days Inn charged me more then your confirmed amount and even after showing your email the clerk did not adjust the bill. Your email to me confirming our reservation dated Jan 10 informed me that I will have to pay the balance of $48.84 while days Inn charged us $54.36. We expect a credit for the difference. Please reply to our request. Thanks

Economical for those who do not want to spend $$$ for an overnight stay near the DTW airport. Valet Connections works well to pick up and drop off. Great price especially since you get a hot breakfast and complimentary parking included! Will definitely stay there again.

This was a terrific value for the start of our Holiday vacation to visit our son. The convenience of the parking and valet service to the airport was well worth it. This is definitely something that we will be doing again. Thank you Ashley and Michael for a the welcome and comfort.

We left our car for a few days while going to Florida to visit my husband's family. We stayed the night before we left, they got us an extra cot for our daughter and it was a nicer mattress than some of the other places that we have stayed. The mattress on our own bed was great, my husband almost always complains about hotel mattresses and I didn't hear a negative word from him at all! The people who checked us in answered all of our questions, and they had the car ready and waiting for us when we got back. We will definitely use them again!

If you have an early flight and a long drive to the airport, this is the way to go.....Shuttle was on time. A light continental breakfast made for a good start. A very good value.
