Everything about the stay was perfect! The lobby was warm & inviting & smelled delicious. Our room was neat & tidy. There were muffins for our early departure & the shuttle was right on time!

We had made a reservation the morning of the day our arrival. When we got to the hotel that afternoon we realized we were flying out of Midway instead of O'Hare. The manager was unwilling to approve the cancellation of our hotel, and the place that we made our reservation through thought it would be no problem to make the change, and that hotels were generally cooperative. This manager would not allow it. I will never make a reservation in a La Quinta again due to this person. You lost two customers over this - which may be insignificant... Hope you never make a mistake.

Room was alright, unfortunately I had a 0500 flight and the hotel shuttle doesn't start until 0400. My bad, I should have checked. Ended up taking a taxi to the airport to insure I'd be on time.

When we came back. There was no clear instructions on how to get to the correct location to be picked up by shuttle. The hotel and employees were very nice. We left our car there for 7 days and stayed overnight before our flight which was very helpful. For the price it was well worth it. Thank you-
