We arrived to a very pleasant and professional front desk staff who answered all our questions and checked us in. A taxi was booked for our morning flight and two grab and go breakfasts were waiting in the morning. The London Belle restaurant was also an unexpected find. The fish and chips was UK comparable! We will definitely be back.

We stayed over night in the hotel and parked our car for four days while we traveled to NY. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the gentleman on the reception desk was excellent. We used the shuttle bus provided by the hotel to get back and forth to the airport. The shuttle driver was very nice and on time.

We received an upgraded Deluxe room upon arrival because our reserved room had been smoked in. People...come on!! Really take the elevator down and smoke your cancer sticks outside! For the hotel: clean, renovated, great front desk service. Easy check in. No room for us on the shuttle to the airport (before trip). We had reserved, but no big deal, they called us a private taxi SUV to get us there. Thank you! Down fall: we had to wait 45 minutes for our pick up at the airport (back from trip). Because of this I will never return to this hotel.

Our favourite place for us and our car to stay. We spend 2 nights here to bookend our vacation. Our car stays in the parking lot behind the hotel. We greatly enjoy the rooms here: lots of storage, very good beds, great bathrooms. Only complaint is the restaurant: ugly, sterile, not a place to spend any time.
