When we arrived we were told we had reserved only one roo,. When I showed the confirmation with two rooms and a prepayment for part of cost of both the front desk clerk said taht was too bad-- they had only one room available. we were a paraty of 6 with one infant which was why we booked tow rooms and parking for two cars. When I refused to accept that there was no room avaialable the desk finally contacted Stay and Park and after learning that I had indeed booked two room the second rfoom became available even thouvgh I was earlier told they were sold out. At 4:00 am there was a fire alarm and we had to exit our rooms. No follow up explanation was given for the false alaerm. When we returned to Seattle to pick up our cars the shuttle took more than an hour and a half to arrive and only arrieved after I had been told it would be 20 to 25 minutes and I called four more times before it fibnally arrived. We then learned taht the Hotel Shuttle Bus had broken down leaving a hired 6 passenger van to pick up passengers. If we had been told earlier we would b]have taken taxis. This experience has made it unlikely that I will ever use or trust Stay and Park or Ramada again.

I found this hotel through the stay, park & travel site. It was definitely worth it. The front desk staff was fast and friendly. The hallways and rooms were dated but the room was clean and served my purpose. My car is still there as I have just begun my trip away. The shuttle driver was extremely friendly and got me to the airport in under 10 minutes.

The manager was very nice and efficient. The room was very quiet, which was really pleasant as we only had a few hours to get some sleep before catching an early flight. The shuttle driver was 15 minutes late picking us up for our 5am ride to the airport, which gave us a bit of stress as we had planned it out to arrive with just enough time and now we were running later than I wished. We still made our flight with no problems, but it was more stressful than it should have been. The quality of the hotel and rooms was good and the bed was very comfortable.

We stayed here overnight and planned to leave our car for 10 days and have them take our party to the airport using their 24 hour shuttle. We did this specifically because snow was forecasted for the area and we live 50 miles to the north of SeaTac. We checked in the night before and set a 5:00 am shuttle time making note that we had 3 adults and 6 bags. Long story short, they DON'T have a 24 hour shuttle. They rely on taxis to take their guests to the airport. The taxi waiting for us at 5 am was a van and already had loaded 2 adults and their bags, no room for us! A second taxi never showed up as promised numerous times, we ended up driving ourselves to the airport and ultimately missing our plane! Oh, I didn't mention, it was Christmas!! Do not stay here! They fasley advertise a 24 hour shuttle!!
