WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN -- Great hotel for the value -- Transportation to & from airport was very quick! When we called for our return trip back to hotel we were told that the driver was going to be a while and instead of making us wait they hotel paid for us to take a taxi back to the hotel. They could have just has easy made us wait -- they went above and beyond what they needed to do!!!!

Overall, an enjoyable stay. The hotel is doing a lot of renovation which made my ratings less than perfect (because of the construction). The staff was wonderful though, which more than made up for any minor inconvenience.

This was a basic hotel. The shower was THE WORST SHOWER EVER! Only a trickle of water and would go from hot to cold. Please fix!!!

Room was fine however checking in was not.Person at desk Pam refused to accept my reservation I had through Stay Park Travel and proceeded to charge me a higher amount.After call a representative from SPT she called hotel to straight out pricing.She assured me it woukd be taken care of. Going back to the front desk I encountered same person who became extremely rude and upset with me. After checking my credit card transactions found out not only did she failed to correct her mistake she instead overcharged me a second time.Now I had double the charges on my card. Situation was only rectified thanks to Christian and night auditor whom I forgot to get his name,understood the problem and reversed all the charges and charged me the corredct amount.For this I thank them. Their cooperation was directly opposite of what I received from the day person

Having a shuttle deliver us to our terminal at 4:30 a.m. was wonderful and took the stress away. Our driver was very aimiable even at that early hour! Excellent value when room cost and long-term parking included.

Motel was clean and beds were comfortable. Doors and walls were thin and could hear people running the halls and hear noises from upstairs, but overall, for an overnight it was good. By the way, the breakfast started at 4 am which was just great fro early flights.
