It was overall a great experience. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I called for the shuttle service to pick me up at the airport and they said 20 minutes and it was 20 minutes. I had a horrible experience at the Hilton because their shuttle service never showed up to pick me up. I waited over a hour and a half and no one came. Another hotel was kind enough to take me. I paid over three hundred dollars to stay there and park. Just goes to show you that you don’t always get what you pay for.

The front desk guy was so kind and soft spoken, and just seemed so calm, I really appreciated his vibe Also, for some reason the coffee was delicious and the breakfast was really great!!!! I really like the new showers too and the no carpet!!! The hallways could definitely use a vacuum I think that would increase the appearance of cleanliness! We will definitely come back!

Pre cruise and parking was great. Post cruise stay had issues. We didn't have an ice bucket so one was delivered after the second call one hour after the first call assured me it would be sent right away. We arrived late for our second night so I booked an additional night after our cruise. I had put the 'down not disturb' sign on the door but the maid knocked 4 times probably because we were originally supposed to check out. The sign on the door should have been a clue. Not impressed.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The airport shuttle was on time and accommodated our large, heavy bike box. Always coffee and hot water for tea available in the lobby. Long stay parking available and considering the dump of snow the day before, was accessible.

Staff very courteous. Airport shuttle was excellent, coffee and tea always available. we arrived back Feb 15 2025, car was buried in snow, we arrived right into snowstorm. I would recommend staying at the quality Inn again!
