We chose this location to utilize the free 7 day parking as we were flying to Vegas for our 25th anniversary. The facility was very clean and quiet, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Even at 3am when their shuttle driver took us to the airport to catch our flight. Highly recommend!

Great location with parking included and shuttle to airport. Staff very friendly, room was very clean, bed comfortable comfortable; only complaint was heating unit VERY noisy and temp needed to be adjusted frequently due to too hot or too cold.

Not the best hotel I've stayed at in Cleveland offering a park & fly package, but it was adequate. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Only issue I had was that the hotel clerk did not realize I had a park & fly package, I had to tell her. Also, they did not give us the phone number to call the shuttle for our return trip, we had to go online to find it. We did get in very late, and the shuttle was prompt, and the driver was friendly. We did suggest that the hotel purchase a temporary magnet for the shuttle. The regular shuttle broke down while we were out of town and they got a rental van, which was not marked in any way. The driver had to hop out and ask everyone standing around if they were heading to this hotel.
