We have used this hotel four times now when we have traveled out of town. Great location, friendly staff, clean and up to date guest rooms plus a nice on site bar and restaurant make for a great stay. Prompt pick up when we come in to airport. Highly recommend!

Upon check-in, we could tell that this place was special. The desk clerks (Amber & Julie) were wonderful. When we mentioned that we would need the shuttle at 2;00, they automatically extended our check-out time till 2:00. The room was very clean and large and was tastefully decorated. The next day, our flight was unexpectedly cancelled and we were scurrying around trying to figure out what to do, the clerk on duty came over to us and said that they would extend our check-out until something could be figured out. We eventually got a flight out that day (on another airline), but the customer service has me sold every time I venture to Cleveland.

We have always stayed the night before we fly out on a trip. Through the years we have tried quite a few but finally found one to stick with. The Four Points Sheraton offers everything we need...great accommodations, shuttle service to the Cleveland Airport,free parking at hotel while we are gone, a nice bar and grill called The Hub and most of all friendly people all around. All of this for a reasonable price! Already booked our next stay. We stayed March 2018.

We used this hotel on a recent vacation. We stayed Friday night, had an early morning shuttle to the airport and were picked up the next Saturday. Room was nice and shuttle was great! Highly recommend!!

Clean updated rooms, staff goes out of their way and are always friendly and attentive. Close to airport and the new airport shuttle is awesome. Stayed here many times and will continue to do so in the future.

Used the Four Points Sheraton for a stay before an early flight. Was able to park car there while gone. Shuttle to airport and back. Nice bar and restaurant on property so we were able to enjoy evening before trip. Hotel personnel very helpful and friendly. Nicely appointed rooms. Would recommend!
