We had a late arrival (11:30 PM), front desk was very cordial. Got an upgrade to a suite. Very comfortable bed. Shuttle to airport next day was on -time an very efficient. Stayed using the Sleep / park option (flying of BWI)

Room was great for an overnight and early flight. Shuttle was quick to get us to the airport and pickup upon return and it was 11:30p when we returned! Plenty of space for parking. Everything was smooth and easy. We would stay here again for our next early morning trip.

Stayed in several park sleep fly hotels at BWI over the years and the Sheraton was by far the best. Staff was very friendly and professional. Shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful! Definitely will stay there again!!!!!

We arrived late after a very tense 3 hour drive in the rain and heavy football traffic. The woman at the desk, I think her name was Sharice, (I apologize for forgetting) was wonderful.
