Good food and drink for a weary traveler on site. Shuttle to and from BWI was efficient and easy. Room was clean and had everything we needed for an overnighter. Will stay here again if traveling via BWI

The gentleman the front desk was extremely grumpy. When we got in our room we found that it only had 1 King size bed, for 4 adults. I contacted the front desk and spoke to Sarah, who by the way was extremely pleasant and quickly told me that they could get another room. Sarah was busy with another guest when I arrived and again I had to deal with grumpy. First he was going to charge me more but Sarah stepped in and quickly took over. On the plus side, our driver that picked us up at the airport was very entertaining, thank you Antonio.

The front desk staff person was polite and professional. The room was clean and nice. The area in the rear of the hotel was large. There were signs everywhere that said they assumed no liability for damage or theft of the vehicle. I only hope it is there when I get back. Also, I had to leave for the airport at 3:45 AM. No to go bag with something to snack on.

Close to airport with extended parking and shuttle provided…would like to have had a continental or ‘to go’ breakfast provided as our shuttle to the airport was quite early.

Spent one night to shuttle to airport the next morning. Room was clean. Staff was generous. My only complaint was there was no extra blankets in the room. Shuttle was prompt, convenient and worked out great!

I would 100% recommend this hotel for a park and fly to BWI. The rooms were huge and very clean. Both the shuttle drivers to and from the airport were excellent. Tons of parking to keep the car and at a reasonable price as well. The only thing was that I called a week before to reserve a crib, and was assured I would have one on arrival. Apparently they are first come, first served, so there was not one when I got there, and we didn\'t bring our portable one. With that being said, they were so accommodating and a pack and play showed up about 45 minutes after check out. Unfortunately this incident is why I\'m giving it 4 stars, but I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Just bring your own crib!
