Excellent service with staff eager to please. Rooms clean but needing updating and basic repair with furnace system and wallpaper rips. One washcloth and only decaf coffee with coffee maker. Fine for brief overnight stay before catching a flight but would not consider longer.

Very clean, friendly. the location was very close to the airport.The shuttle to the airport was very prompt both on delivery and pickup.The breakfast was exceptional. Real plates,forks and glasses.I have never seen that in a continental breakfast.I would definitely stay there again.

Easy check-in, comfortable bed. Had a burger and a beer downstairs at their restaurant and both were delicious. Shuttle was waiting for us in the morning andit only took about 5 minutes to get to the airport. We will use the Plaza again!

we done an overnight prior to an early morning flight, the room was clean and comfortable, the shuttle was prompt on taking us to the airport and picking us up. I can't wait to stay here again, it was a great experience!

Load discussing in hallway by I'm assuming under the influence guys discussing sleeping arrangements at 1:30 am , and Wrestling next door at 3:30 am !! Should shake the guy"s hand , had his A game ! Going !

This was the third location within the KC area that we had stayed and it was by far head and shoulders above the other two. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was very easy to access from the highway. The hotel staff was extremely helpfull in all that they did. The drive to the airport was only about 5 minutes. When we returned to KC and called for pickup our wait time was less than 10 minutes. I did not rate the spa because it was closed for cleaning at the time. The only downside was that we went to breakfast 50 minutes before it was to close and they were short one item on the bar (waffles) and low on eggs. Any facility that is in a service industry that has times listed should be full service during the times that are listed up to the time the last customer leaves-even if they arrive at 1 minute to closing. However, given another opportunity to travel out of KCI we will deffinately stay at this hotel.

The hotel was dirty. We stepped on an earring in the pool. The beds were uncomfortable. A dirty washcloth was still hanging on the shower curtain and the shower itself was filthy. Did have good shuttle service to the airport.

Plaza is not the Plaza. Reception was lukewarm. Room was hot. A/C didn't function until 4 A.M. in the morning. Water in tub worked half way. The remote had to be replaced three times. Service was poor. Manager's response: to threaten the patron with police when a reasonable complaint was made. Emergency doors on back of building were not working. They were left propped open.
