Hotel was clean, staff friendly, shuttle convenient. There was some loud guests/music in hall early morning and there was pizza box with old pizza and other trash on console table in hall near our room when we checked in and still there in morning. Our cars gas tank had been tampered with during our absence but our catalytic converter was in tack. Better security is needed for this neighborhood.

Great check in. Room was very nice. They accommodated my request for room location request. Shuttle was on time and helpful. Parking was easy. Hopefully my car is in the same condition that I left it in when I return. If yes, 5 stars!!!

Great option to park car at hotel while on a trip. But the lower parking lot is open to International Blvd and it is not very secure. Police were called to chase off sketchy people. Cars have been broken into in the past. You should have better security, fenced lot, cameras, guard,

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Convenient shuttle to airport. More security in the long term parking area would be appreciated…maybe a fence would be a good idea to keep the vehicles safer.

The people were just wonderful. We were a little worried about leaving our scooter in the vehicle for a week, but they made arrangements that would thwart any attempts to steal it. So happy when we came back and all was intact. The shuttle driver was an energetic young man who was very competent and helpful. The breakfast was varied enough for everyone\'s taste and having coffee available all day is very much appreciated. The breakfast-to-go for before the flight was also welcomed.
