Nice rooms, stayed 2 nights front and backside and left car parked while on trip. Airport shuttle easy to take and pickup quick turnaround to and from airport. Have to ask for pool key. Pools in newer wing of hotel most miss this part. No hot tub?.

Check in process was quick, room was clean and updated, the bed was comfortable and it was nice having breakfast to go in the early morning. Only downfall was we waited 25 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to arrive.

We were happily surprised with the great value of this deal! This hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are modern and clean and the staff gave us choice of floors. Our shuttle was scheduled early, before their free breakfast but they had sacks made up for early departure guests. We will definitely use this hotel again.

There was a slight glitch with our reservation yet the staff honored all my paperwork and insisted they would get it all worked out the next morning. Answered many questions and were gracious the entire time! Will definitely stay with them anytime we need to park, sleep and have a hotel in Seatac!
