What does traveling do to your Brain and Body?


I was thinking about traveling the other day and I thought of some questions about it like: Why do we feel better after traveling? Why are we so relaxed? Why is my brain clearer? Well I did some research and I was surprised about what I found out.


Traveling can boost your creativity. When you go to another country, you have to change the way you think. You have to figure out things differently. Problem solve differently. Try to learn the native language.


Traveling makes you open to new things. From food, to new languages, to directions, to driving a car on the opposite side of the street, meeting new people and more, you can be open to try new things.


Traveling to beautiful places clears your mind. Studies show that looking at beautiful places clears the mind and makes your mind sharper. It also helps you appreciate the good things in your life. You also become more aware of your surroundings.


Traveling makes you excited to do new things. Makes you feel good. You are actually anticipating your vacation and that makes you happy and excited.


Traveling helps you find yourself! You are forcing yourself you get back in touch with yourself! You will find that person you forgot about yourself years ago.


So why not take a vacation and help yourself get back to your mind, body and soul. You will find yourself thinking differently, open to new things and you might find yourself!
