The desk clerk, Norma, was very helpful and courteous. Also the complimentary shuttle service to and from the cruise port was efficient and on time. The price was outstanding, much cheaper than parking at the cruiseport. The only downside was the noisy neighbors having a fight in the next room, which was not at all the fault of the hotel.

This worked perfectly. The premises are a little worn and there is no breakfast (but they have coffee). The parking was good. The van to the port was excellent. We will stay here again. It worked perfectly!!!!

The location was perfect, lots of restaurants, etc. within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good water pressure. We book the park \'n cruise package, which means we stayed the night before our cruise, take the hotel shuttle to be dropped off at the cruise port, and then get picked up after our cruise to return to the hotel and retrieve our car. The absolute best boarding process I have ever experienced! Highly recommend and I will do this again.

We love the shuttle service to and from the cruise port. The room and hotel public areas very clean. Staff very friendly. We have stayed here quite a few times and will continue to do so in the future,

Excelent hotel...not 5 star but neither is the rate...used the fitness room which was clean and confortabe...room was fine for precruise stay..parking and shuttle top notch...ive already booked our next cruise pre stay

Overall, this was an excellent value. We stayed one night prior to our cruise and took advantage of their free parking and shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were helpful and timely. The shuttle was there waiting when we disembarked. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The one negative was the lack of soundproofing between the rooms. You could hear almost everything that occurred in the neighboring rooms. I would caution clients to not say or do anything they do not wish to share with the neighbors. I do recommend this hotel, and would book it again when cruising out of Baltimore.

Our room was large, clean and updated with comfortable king bed and sofa. Easy to get to and convenient with shuttle to and from the cruise port. Room had microwave and refrigerator. Thought continental breakfast but only coffee available in the morning.

Location was very convenient to the Baltimore port. The room was clean and bed comfortable. It is easy to leave a car parked in their lot. Shuttle driver was friendly & on time to pick us up upon return from our cruise. I would do the stay & park at Red Roof Inn again.
