Hilton Garden Inn Miami Airport West MIAMI

Our stay here was comfortable and the people at the desk were very friendly. We took advantage of the park & fly service at the front end of our trip. Everything was fine. We walked to a Latin Restaurant and had an excellent dinner. Overall a good experience on the front end of our trip. The back end of the trip is yet to come.

Room was nice. Small bar with good food and drinks. Staff at check in and in lounge were very friendly. Shuttle was right on schedule. Would stay again even if we didn't need the extended parking option. However, the shuttle back after our trip was very late in arriving at the airport.

Our stay here was a very good experience. The hotel is very clean and inviting. Staff was very accommodating. Had good selection of snacks available for purchase. Also had food you could order. Close to airport with parking and close to cruise terminal. Great hotel for the price. Nice place!

Arrive at Miami airport fresh and relaxed by spending the night before at the Hilton Garden Hotel after a long drive. Extended parking is also available. .

Clean room, comfy bed, quiet area.

The AC is cold, and that was good. But it was noisy and there was no way to make the fan run constantly. As a result there was a great deal of noise every time it kicked it all night. Did not get much sleep.

Room was nice. Bed too firm for me. Hotel would not honor our included breakfast which was included when I made the reservation. Parksleephotels customer service was no help (disappointing). I looked at the breakfast menu in the evening so we could plan our morning before our flight (eat in the hotel or go to a local restaurant). In the morning, we asked for the breakfast menu in the hotel restaurant. We were told that there wasn\'t one and they only had the buffet. When I said that I saw one last night, the server brought one. We wanted cooked to order omelets not the buffet. Server said they could do that for us but was still pushing the buffet. She didn\'t really even know what was on the menu. Food was good though.
