This hotel offers long-term parking for cruise ship passengers, which is impressive on its own. However, the experience is further enhanced by their wonderful staff and exceptional customer service. The driver was particularly great, demonstrating patience and care, especially since there were two elderly passengers on board. Additionally, the cost was very affordable even during this time when everything is more expensive due to a higher cost of living. My wife and I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The Fairfield Inn provided great service, including clean comfortable room and good breakfast. They provided excellent service for our Park and Ride to the port for our Royal Caribbean 11 day cruise and showed up early for our return to pick up our car for our return trip home.

The staff were great; being able to park our car during our cruise is wonderful; and the hotel shuttle ride to and from the terminal is extremely convenient, allowing us to avoid the terminal parking. Our only inconvenience was not being able to get additional towels because their dryer had broken.

Loved the fact that there was a long term parking option, a shuttle available to take us to and from the cruise port and the Staten Island ferry. Shuttle driver Frank was great! Slight disconnect on the procedure for pick up after the cruise, we were told we had to make reservations ahead of time, but the front desk told us to just call an hour before we needed the shuttle. Would have been nice not to have to "re-check" in due to the 2 rates needed for a regular stay and a long-term parking stay. Malika at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast area could have been laid out better, individual packets of condiments could have helped this.
