enVision Hotel Saint Paul South SOUTH ST. PAUL

The hotel and staff were very nice! Jeff was professional and accommodating towards me and my disability. There was a glitch that the hotel was unable to find the reservation so I was told I would be refunded. I was not. The people I encountered were great but I can?t say the same about Parksleep and customer service which despite Jeff?s professional conduct I?ve decided I won?t be using this service again

The hotel is nice. The beds are extremely comfortable. We did run into a glitch during check-in regarding payment. It took a minute but the staff and management got it figured out. The PS&F driver/manager, Jeff, provides absolutely superior customer service. His service alone is reason enough to use this hotel.
