Natasha was very warm and welcoming at the front desk. Check to make sure you are getting the package you want with the length of time for your car to be parked. Also, breakfast wasnt included in our stay. Shuttle to the airport slant run before 4pm so they booked a complimentary lift ride.

Mattresses definitely need replacing. They are old and uncomfortable. Water pressure in the shower was none. We barely could get a drizzle for our morning shower. Booked this hotel because of the shuttle service to the airport which we found out they no longer have but they did call an Uber for us and paid for it.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, and good staff as expected. However, we live about 70 miles from the airport so we use Park,stay,fly for the ease of getting to the airport. We were shocked at 9:30 pm when we called to see about the airport shuttle time for the next morning and found out that the shuttle service was not available for the past year. (Pandemic related) There is no notice anywhere in your site or on the hotel site in regards to reduced services or no shuttle available etc.I was left with having to sign up for UBER or Lyft and was told taxi’s would be expensive. I found that setting up these accounts to be very frustrating and deleted one app and started over. Ended up okay, but cost us an extra $50.00 to go the 5 miles to the airport. It was very unsettling. We won’t use the program until the shuttles are once again available.

Everything was perfect for this stay except there was no obvious disclosure about shuttle service being discontinued, which was the main reason I chose this place to stay!!! So on top of a room and parking charge I had to pay for an Uber and will have to pay another upon return adding $50.00 to this trip. I could have stayed somewhere else and parked by the airport for what this has cost me. They did try to make it up by offering me a complimentary breakfast, that was very good. I did appreciate that. I understand it’s due to COVID but I just wish I would have known. Luckily I have an Uber app and have used it before or I would have been more stressed out. Otherwise the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet!!! The staff were very helpful. It’s was the booking website I used that I should be upset with!

We chose the Hilton Garden Inn because the website said they had a shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately, when we got there, they told us that the shuttle wasn\'t running. So we had to call Lyft to come and pick us up instead. We feel their website was very misleading, especially since the shuttle was sitting right out in front of the hotel!
