Stay was pleasant, very helpful staff. Near large mall, a bit of distance from the airport but service was great to and from. Car was safely kept. Would use again.

My stay was awful. We were awaken several times by loud noises and partying guests in hallways. We requested a few extra pillows and blankets. We did not receive them. We call the office when we were awaken by people in hall disrupting and being a nuisance. No one came.

Everything was excellent from the receptionist on arrival having everything ready for us, to the room being very clean, air quality excellent, bathroom very clean with everything we needed, the bed linens very clean and new in quality. We were a little hesitant about booking here due to the negative comments we read online but needed a room and hotel that had 10 day park and stay and shuttle service to BWI. They provided wake up call and followed through, had prompt pick up shuttle service to the airport and when we returned they came within 15 minutes of our call. The breakfast the morning of our departure at 4am was a full breakfast that more than met our needs, We would use them again if needed. Kuddos

I will never stay at this facility again. To call it a dump is not far off the mark. Shabby, run down, poorly maintained, and dirty.

Great location, well managed and clean, excellent value, friendly staff, including the shuttle driver. It was great that they had a nice complementary breakfast ready at 4AM, as our flight was very early.
