We needed a place to park and wanted a motel for an early start. Ramada Inn exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd do it again!

Hotel going through much needed updating. Service staff was excellent. For the money a great value, good location for BWI access. Attached bar and restaurant was good, friendly and fairly priced. If flying in or out of BWI would definitely use again.

It was horrible. They had the motel torn up. Were redoing the carpet. Was supposed to have hot breakfast. Was none at all. Driver was 20 min late for shuttle service. Dirty motel and unfriendly staff. Would never stay again. Alot of guests wete complaining but staff did not care. Feel that we should have got some money back due to conditions and no breakfast

If the web site lists hours for restaurant/pub you should honor those hours weather your slow or not. web site also listed continental breakfast starts at 4:00 am informed actually starts at 5:00

Great place to park your car for your trip and get shuttled to the airport. Not as convenient for pick up at airport but I think cheaper and less stress.

The hotel was nice but the breakfast is not till 6:00 so if you picked this hotel for a early breakfast . It doesn't start that early. The airport transportation was great.When I got there they tried to give me a king room I had ordered two doubles.
