The check in was quick and painless when we arrived at 9:30pm. I asked the front desk man if 1-800 calls were free and he said yes. When I checked out the next day there was a charge for the 800 phone call on my bill. Even though we checked in late in the evening and never left the room until we caught the shuttle the next morning, there was a charge for the safe in the room. Breakfast offerings were meager. The last time we stayed there, there were breakfast sandwiches that we could microwave. Not this time.

Ordinary but very good hotel facility and excellent valuel. Exercise room has been improved, and outdoor pool is a feature. Desk staff very courteous and efficient. Mercedes van just purchased, and radio contact hotel-van informs guests of wait time. Visit was 1 Aug 2017.

We have utilized the stay, park and fly program with this hotel for several years and for those planning a getaway for up to 10 days .... this package can't be beat. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

I was very pleased with the overall value and the facility. We stayed here a few years ago, and it has really improved. The breakfast is a little on the meager side, but is sufficient. Pick up from the airport was a little slow but part of it was the late hour we arrived and the distance from the Airport. It took the driver about 25 minutes to get us.

We use this motel in our travels of flights into and out of BWI. The staff is friendly, we especially enjoy our driver who takes us to the airport in the wee hours of the day.
