W liked that the free breakfast started at 5 am. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. I liked there was a comfortable chair in the room. Great shuttle service, driver very nice. will come back.

Much as others have described, this property is clean, albeit a bit spartan, and conveniently close to DTW terminals. The staff was very cordial and helpful and transportation reliable. Would definitely stay again

It is a decent place to stay if you aren't looking for anything fancy. Staff was helpful and kind. The shuttle to airport was on time. And the free breakfast was a normal continental breakfast common on this kind of inns.

Location, parking and shuttle pick up to the airport was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. A microwave, fridge and safe were great amenities. The Wifi was slow but manageable. The TV was just OK - the reception and picture quality wasn’t very good. A nice hot breakfast is included if you can get down there before 9am. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wanted a place to park the auto and get a few hours sleep prior to a 5am flight. That's what we got. Our car not there when we returned as promised. Staff put the wrong date for our return thus had to wait extra time to bring it from secured lot to hotel. Had to wait extra. Long time for pickup as Valet Connection van went past our agreed to pickup point twice before finally getting him to stop. Then he dropped off others at Valet Connection garage prior to our delivery to hotel. Then found out our auto was at V.C. Garage we just stopped at on way to hotel. Frustrating, cold and no one in charge here. Accountability?

The singularly most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept (or tried to sleep) in. Rude check-in clerk. The only good thing was the shuttle bus driver, who was on time and courteous.
