Hotel room was clean and having a fridge was a nice addition. However, there was a problem with my reservation. I clearly input 4 adults and they gave me 1 queen bed. The system should not allow this to occur. Definitely need to adjust the programming - 4 adults must have 2 beds! We were lucky and reception was able to switch our room, but only after pointing out that our reservation did say 1 queen bed. I am sure that I had booked 2 beds, but did not have proof. My advise, take a screen shot of your reservation. The shuttle was quick both to and from the airport. No problem with our car either. We would book this again.

From the entry into the hotel until I retrieved my car after my trip, the service offered was wonderful. While there, I was often asked if there was anything that could be done to assist me. Breakfast was offered early in the morning before I had to get to the airport for a flight. The airport shuttle was very efficient and the driver was friendly and helpful. A great start, and finish, to the trip.

We stayed for a sleep-park-n-fly deal. Everything was as quoted and expected, room was decent and clean, staff friendly and helpful, parking and shuttle service to airport was convenient and well organized. Great price and value, will stay again next time flying from DTW.

We got back from our family cruise and was exhausted and just wanted to rest, first we had to find our car, then we needed to find food...it was getting very late so we got to our room we were so tired. The staff was very nice and helped as much as possible, but when we got to our because of renovation and the move of furniture in our room the TV didn't work. Again the staff was so very nice to us that we ended up with the owner of the hotel's husband coming up talking to us and gave us the master suite and Jacuzzi, he also bought us pizza for dinner. That was such a blessing to us, thanks Quality Inn you ROCK
