Our Quality Inn stay was excellent, but the shuttle service provided by Quality Inn was delayed, and the driver who delivered our car to the hotel had dirty hands and soiled the inside of car. We didn't complain, but next time we will probably stay on Mereman Rd since we can there deliver our vehicle to the the shuttle parking lot.

OK, we were happy with our room. It was clean and people were friendly & nice. HOWEVER, we chose your hotel because of the parking for our 3 week trip to Aloaska. We requested a 6am shuttle for our 7:30 flight, and were told it would be prompt. We were in the lobby at 5:30 to have a coffee. A shuttle came at 5:55 & told us there would be another coming soon to take us to the McNamara terminal. It finally came at 6:10, but was FULL and we were told there would be another coming. We got on at 6:30 & insisted the driver go to Delta first. When we arrived, the kiosk said we were too late, and they would have to find us new flights, even though we were alrady checked in & had boarding passes. We rushed to an agent, who hurried us through, thank goodness the security line was short, we ran to our gate, where they were already boarding. This was not a pleasant way to begin our vacation!

Hotel was very good with friendly staff. Breakfast was good too. Parked my car there for a week and it was ready when I got back. Only downfall was the pickup from the airport was a contracted company that were very unfriendly which, you could tell right away, were there only for the money as they treated their customers like it was a cattle drive. A sign at the front of the van that said "tips are appreciated" with a 5 dollar bill hanging out of the CD slot on the front dash, for everyone to see, told the story of the way this contractor worked. Hotel was great, shuttle service back, well, not very good.
