Good. Stay was pleasant, Shuttle to airport was on time and delivered us there promptly. Pickup when we returned was delayed and we were left standing (I was using a wheelchair due to a knee injury) We were first told to call when we landed, I did. We were next told to call when we had our luggage & I did. We were then told to call when we were at the pickup area I did and we waited several minutes after that. Person who picked us up was pleasant and efficient, but waiting was difficult. Would I use the same facility? I do think so.

The room was good but several things need attention. First had to figure out how to get the deadbolt lock to retract to close the door. Second, the lamp on the desk did not work. Third, we requested a wake up call and it never happened. Fourth, the alarm clock would not work and just kept blinking the time. I informed the front desk of these issues. Luckily, we woke up in time to have breakfast and get the shuttle. Fifth, the shuttle was late in arriving to take us to the airport, but luckily, the line was short and security went fast at the airport. The Sleep Inn and Suites should be made aware of these issues.

Our rooms were horrible. My room had water damaged which created an awful mildew smell. My friend shortly knocked on my door and showed me a bug caught crawling on bed. It turned out to be a bed bug. A different room was given, however the damage was done. As far as we are concern all rooms had bed bugs!!!!! Hotel needs major overhaul!! I must say, people where nice and corteous. Don't think I would stay again. Sorry for the bad review but I hope this will create positive change.

I stayed here for a park n fly one night stay, with shuttle to the airport. I had done this several times a while ago. At that time hotel was basic but the service was good: courteous and informative, and the shuttle appropriate. This time holy cow! The décor has been upgraded but the service downgraded. That not only goes for in the hotel but affects interacting with the shuttle (which is a contracted service, not done directly by the hotel.) So screwed up!! So many problems I can't go into it, makes me tired to think about it. And while the room décor is better the air conditioning units have aged even more. AC was VERY noisy and I couldn't sleep at all. They must get complaints because they have cute signs in the lobby suggesting the ac be viewed as soothing white noise with which to sleep. Well, I have a white noise machine which I use every night, this is definitely not soothing white noise.
