The hotel was clean, quiet and the pick and drop off service was on time. Also, since we were leaving to the airport before breakfast started, they prepare a to-go bag with a muffin and a fruit to take with. One thing to keep in mind, that pick up from the airport is at the "bus/shuttle center" for domestic flights so make sure you know where that is.

We booked this stayparktravel hotel the afternoon before our departure. The hotel was easy to find, close enough to O'Hare, very clean, with friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Our room was very large and comfortable. Parking is behind the hotel with limited marked stalls but sufficient perimeter curb parking, which is what was open for us. No vehicle issues when we returned. Airport shuttles were by taxi that the hotel paid for, which were timely and clean. This was a good deal and we will definitely look to stay there on our next vacation.

Front desk help was great! Room was clean and comfortable. We were able to safely leave our car there. Shuttle to the airport was on time and comfortable. They had a "to go" breakfast ready for us since we left at 4:00 a.m. Staff were very nice.

Very welcoming, clean and up to date rooms. Shuttle was there in plenty of time to take us to the airport. We left before breakfast was served so I have no opinion.
