We stayed at this hotel offered through the Park, Sleep and Fly Hotels program. This was the first time using this program and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Pulling into the hotel parking lot, I had some hesitation. However, once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Andrea, was professional and efficient getting us checked in. The hotel is definitely showing some wear and tear, however, our room looked as if it was recently renovated. It was spotless with a decent bathroom and comfortable beds. Andrea offered suggestions for dinner and were back to the room for sleep. May I point out we never heard a plane! Alan greeted us in the morning (4:15 am). He too, was great. He even had a grab and go breakfast ready for us to take to the airport, since the breakfast area was not yet open (breakfast area recently renovated & looked quite nice). We were happy with our am driver, who went out of her way to show us where pick up would occur on our arrival back. Arrival back went without issues; we went where the hotel directed us for pickup, called their number and our driver arrived within 15 minutes. We were driven back to the hotel, picked up our car from the lot and away we went. All this at a price we would have paid for parking alone at O’Hare! Could not have been happier with their services!

As a professional traveler I can not say enough about the service and people at this property. I was overly impressed by the entire management team, day and night shift both. Every step was taken to insure my stay was perfect. I left my vehicle parked for a 10 day stretch and I was informed on where to park, what I needed to know on being picked up after my trip and picked up at 3:15 am for my trip to the airport. The people are amazing. The property itself is being remodeled and it’s easy to see the care being taken during the upgrades. I was more than pleased with my accommodations with refrigerator and microwave. Large room with very comfortable bed. I will use this property again and again. Whenever I fly out of Chicago, this is where I will be staying.

We stayed in this particular Best Western prior to flying out of O'Hare early the next morning. It's far enough away that you aren't interrupted by the sound of airplanes all night. Because our flight left before the buffet breakfast started they packed us a lovely to-go bag with muffins, apples, and granola bars which was unexpected and appreciated! We were shuttled to the airport in plenty of time. The return to the hotel was a little more complicated because they called a taxi company to pick us up and the taxi was busy when they called. Only 20 minutes later the cab was there, so not too bad.

Front staff very friendly. Shuttle from hotel was great. Parked right at the hotel for 9 nights as part of my stay. Hotel was older but I would definitely stay here again.

Rom 203 was great. Bed and linens good. Shower pressure great. Nice bathroom amenities. Wonderful that we could park car free for 9 days with complimentery shuttle to ORD. Just hope they kept my nightshirt left in the bathroom. Restaurant and shopping nearby.

Easy to find, shuttle service was quick, and front desk staff was friendly and offered "sack breakfast" to accommodate our early morning flight. Would stay there again.

This is avery good location for O’Hare. Very clean rooms, close restaurants, very nice staff. Overnight clerk made us two goody bags to go because we left before breakfast started. Good help from driver on where to go and where we will be picked up.
