Nice hotel, the check-in/check-out went real smooth. Staff was friendly. The shuttle to DFW was on time but had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to get back to the hotel after our trip.

They updated the rooms since our last stay. Clean, bed was comfortable enough and friendly check-in, Our usual place to stay when traveling. Price has gone up since last year though.

Hotel was not bad but the customer service needs much work. 3 men standing there when I walked in, then boom..no one speaks up to help. One walks away. One acts as if he’s just overly busy on the phone/computer. And the one who was ACTUALLY busy, is busy. Parking lot was over packed when I got there and was way over packed when I returned to pick up my car..a week later. But on a positive note, my flight was delayed and I did not return until early in the morning the day after I was to pick up my car and the man that I spoke with about it was cool and said not to worry about it.

Honestly shocked how nice it was. We spent the night, left our car for two weeks and had easy time getting to our flight on their shuttle. Still on our trip so have not used shuttle back to pick up our car.
