The Four Points was easy to get in and out of. The hotel staff were fantastic. The shuttle bus was easy to get going to and from the Airport. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bar and restaurant staff were great. I’d recommend staying there.

When we arrived we were told there was a maintenance emergency in our reserved room and were transferred to the Aloft hotel across the street where we were greeted by Jordan who was one of the highlights of our vacation. He was very personable and knowledgeable and had a positive upbeat attitude and is an asset to your company. The room was clean and met our needs as a place to sleep before our morning flight out of phl. The shuttle to airport runs every 20 minutes and was on time and convenient going to and returning from airport. We did a sleep park fly package and had to save our parking ticket to be validated prior to leaving after returning from our trip. Overall it was a very good experience with Jordan at the front desk being the highlight.

Staff very friendly and courteous. Stayed at this location several times and have never been disappointed. I would prefer having a sign up sheet for the airport shuttle. Overall a nice place to stay with great staff.
