Clean, reasonably priced and the shuttle was a 5 min ride to the airport. My only issue? Need either a sign up sheet or a place for people to line up for the shuttle. We got to the lobby 15 min early (the sign said 5 min) and people who came downstairs a minute before the shuttle managed to push themselves aboard first.

Location was perfect ~ close to the Mann Center & very close to the airport. Hotel is older, but clean, comfortable bed & the staff was helpful & friendly making sure I had everything I needed!

Our room was ok. Apparently the air conditioner was leaking and our carpet was wet. We didn’t complain because it was a little later in the evening and we had an early flight. The shuttle was very convenient and on time. A sign up sheet would be nice.

From PREVIOUS stays at Four Points Philadelphia Airport , I found the facility and convenience to be very good. My planned stay on June 28, 2023, did not occur due to the failure of Park-Sleep-Hotels to adequately book my reservation with Four Points Hotel, which was confirmed 12/12/2022. I called Four Points on 6/28/2023 to report that I would be a late arrival and was told that there was no record of my reservation. I immediately called Park-Sleep Hotels to report this discrepancy. My call was sent to VOICEMAIL, due to "higher than normal call volume" and I requested a return call ASAP. As of the writing of this review on 6/30/2023, I never received the requested phone call. As a direct result of this debacle, I decided to cancel the trip to attend my niece\'s wedding! Naturally, I am disgusted with Park-Sleep Hotels. I will be careful to NEVER use the service of any third-party Hotel booking service again. I will book DIRECTLY with all hotels in the future!!!!!!!!!!

Right from the start the staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was very nice, clean, no musty smell, bed was comfortable. The bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were handy and the water pressure is awesome. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes and the driver was friendly, dropped us off at our terminal. No early breakfast available but there tons of open restaurants with good food at the airport which we preferred to do anyway after going through security and finding our gate eliminating stress and anxiety. We had a very good experience at this Hotel and would definitely recommend! We already have as our neighbors will be traveling soon. They said hearing about our experience is reassuring and makes them feel confident that they are making the right choice to Park and Fly before their trip!

There were a lot of bad reviews of this hotel and I don’t know why! The first part of our trip….seamless!! We arrived on a Sunday at 3:00 pm. Room was ready and clean. Had an early flight out Monday morning. Shuttle comes every 20 minutes. They asked an approximate time we’d need shuttle. Sure enough it was there at our time. Can’t beat the price for an early flight and 10 days of parking. Parked our car under a huge street light and I will write another review once we return to get car!
