Front desk clerk at check in was horrendous. All I got was "Name, credit card, and room keys". That was all the words she spoke. To be fair, the lady at checkout was very pleasant. And a HUGE kudos to the maintenance department and the engineers. Every one we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Hotel staff were friendly enough. Parking is a bit challenging as spots are few and far between. The biggest issue is the ParkSleepHotel program doesn’t clearly explain how anything works. Felt like I was making it up as we went

Requested handicap room & reception ignored request(4 months in advance); but eventually complied. It appeared reluctantly. Handicapped tub was slippery and needs resurfacing. No body wash in shower. Have stayed at this location at least 6 times in last 9 months with no problems. Very good location to airport.

Arrived at 8 pm. Showered and went to sleep for an early flight. Check in was smooth. Picked up the shuttle at 5 am with a one min wait. This was my second stay like this. Parked at the property for a week trip. Very nice and easy.

Nice friendly staff and good accommodations. However, leaving the parking area after our return from the airport was awkward. Apparently, the ParkSleepHotel receipt did not have a required bar code for scanning at the exit gate.

Room was clean and all that we needed. However, the level of loud noises, people talking in the hallways and loud talking and/or television was NOT conducive for sleeping. Very bad night sleeping due to noise.
