Good servic in evening chck in, had needed help with luggage, also they had taxi for us as three siad they would I the morning. However, when called for help in morning to help with luggage, ( I can only use one area) I was told by front desk , we do not have this service . Luckily, the taxi driver who was set up by the night shift was there ande he came up and handled our luggage.

Pros: The hotel and parking was convenient to the Newark airport. The front desk service was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice. Cons: The breakfast was not appealing to me. The hot option was chicken and gravy with biscuits which was an odd choice to me. Other than that there was cereal or make your own waffle (busy, messy station). Also, our room had to be re-assigned when we found the first room had not been cleaned (bed was still turned down from last guest). However, the front desk was very nice about it, so really no big deal there.

We had confirmations for 3 rooms. When we arrived they said one of the room reservations had been cancelled. We didn't cancel it! Needless to say hotel was full and they had to " find" a room for us. It wasn't great. Very stressful and not a great start to our trip. Hotel staff were helpful in finding us a room because they were full,but room wasn't great. Don't know who to blame for this mixup.We booked through your website so we assume the "glitch" was on your end.

Everything was lovely, however was disappointed with the person who checked us in. Had trouble understanding him, wasn't very friendly and felt like he couldn't wait to get through the admission process so he could go home. He probably would have been suited for another job rather than being at the front desk.

EVERYTHING WAS NICE EXCEPT FINDING OUT UPON LEAVING FOR THE AIRPORT THAT A RETURN PICKUP FROM THE AIRPORT WAS NOT INCLUDED LIKE IT WAS AT OTHER STAYED AT.

At check-in, Eddie at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in that he helped us locate a dentist for an emergency dental procedure and explained the shuttle service for our return trip 10 days later. Upon our return from the Dominican Republic the desk staff provided us with an ice scrapper and brush to remove snow from our car and get on our way home. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future when flying out of Newark airport.
