When we got to the hotel at 1:00 pm, I showed my confirmation email from ParkSleepFly, and they couldn't find our reservation. They finally found it in the 'cancellation' file. They said ParkSleepFly had cancelled it. This also was the case with my sister's room. They had rooms available and we were able to stay there. There had been no reason or indication from us that we wanted it cancelled so have no idea why you would have done this.

This property is located close to DTW and for an early AM flight is an ideal way to start your trip. Parking is on-premises and the shuttle runs 24 hours on the hour and half-hour. Restaurants are nearby and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are a bit dated but clean and quiet. Rates depend on length of stay/parking but in all cases, are a true bargain.

We were there for just one night before a very early flight out of Detroit Metro. The place was very busy but the lady at the front desk was very helpful about how the parking process worked and what we needed to do. She was so friendly and informative. We slept well and got off to our vacation flight in good order.
