The front desk people went of their way to be helpful. Bed was fine. Bathroom was small, but clean. I am not a big breakfast person, but looked good. Shuttle to the airport only runs every hour, so some wasted time there.

The night we arrived it was late and there was a big back up of folks checking in. I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in. The woman at the counter, Dalia, was amazing! She handled everyone cheerful, efficiently, with patience and grace. All the while answer an ever-ringing phone and grumpy, tired travelers. This could have been an ugly situation but she made it pleasant and quick as possible.

Had to wait 30 minutes for shuttle on return, but I felt that this was reasonable for a Friday nite at 5 p.m. Room was clean, service was good. Not sure I would leave a good car in the parking lot, mine is an old Subbie so that was ok.

a total disaster. they couldnt find my reservation with you guys and rebooked and recharged me for everything. sent me to an inhabited room, then did not check me into my room properly. called at 1:30 and 5:00 to see if anyone was really in the room. when i checked bill they had charged me for two rooms. is not a comfort inn anymore???
