Ramada Inn Portland Airport PORTLAND

The best , always so nice there.

We used the park/fly option. Parking prior to our flight, using their shuttle service, and staying overnight after our return flight was stress free. The room was clean, restaurant was very good, and staff were friendly. Will definitely try to use Crown Plaza on our next flight from Newark.

The bed and the room were very comfortable. Just what we needed! The room decor was a bit dated but it was clean. Parking was limited but we were able to find a spot. Will stay here again!

I reserved a room for two queens and 3 people after receiving a Park/sleep/Fly ad for online sale lasting 24 hours. I received a request received notice with confirmation pending. It quoted a price of 39.95 plus applicable taxes. but the number of persons was wrong. I responded with an immediate email to alert them to 3 persons vs the one on my email from them. I receive another confirmation with dates only and no prices. Upon arrival I again confirmed there were 3 adults in the room. Here is where the bait and switch began. Now the quote was for 165 plus taxes. They stated it was 20.00 apiece for 2 additional adults. ok, now my rate should be 79.95 plus taxes. The front desk clerk stated repetitively "I have been here 4months, I no heard of such PARK/SLEEEP/FLY special. This fee is correct I was unable to provide email proof so.... bait and switch stood. I am also a worldmark/Wyndam owner and I thought we got a break for that too......

I just say I can certainly appreciate your staff at this Ramada. Everytime we stay you alway seems to be under staffed and everyone alwasynwork their hardest to make things accommodating any whaynthey can. My hope is that soon you will be able to update this facility. We ustize park and stay often and sadlynifnthings don’t change I won’t feel safe or clean staying at this antiquated facility. Cheers for your continued striving to do the best in a icky situation!

Parking is more limited than I had imagined it would be. Service was great, front desk very friendly at check-in. Room was comfortable if dated. Shuttle driver also friendly and courteous. No elevator is challenging with large luggage’s.

I had a long walk to get another blanket so I didn’t have to listen to noisy heater. I arrived at about 10pm on Christmas Eve after a 4 1/2 hr drive for 20 miles in ice and snow and so did others checking in and there was no hot chocolate or cookies left to help us calm down. There was a stack of cookies behind counter and I asked if I could have a snack of a few since I was hungry and was told no there are vending machines, my bathroom sink faucet would not turn on. Got wake up call on time and shuttle driver was awesome and very courteous thank goodness. I hope my car is safe.

The front desk people were polite, room was recently remodeled, comfortable bed, clean, shuttle to airport was fast, would stay here again.
