Super 8 Kansas City Airport At Barry Road KANSAS CITY

No problems with my stay, left for early flight before time for breakfast, but the dining area was very small. Shuttle service was good. My only problem was with the booking service. I had originally booked at another Super 8 near Plaza Circle. A few days after I booked, got an email to call about a problem. When I did, the hotel as full, and the person helped me book at the Super 8 on 83rd Terrace. As I was driving to Kansa City, I got a phone call from “the” hotel, asking about what time I would arrive. I got to the hotel, checked in, and was in bed at 10 o’cl When my phone rang. When was I going to get to the hotel, the called inquired! Turns out, I was booked at both hotels. The clerk at the Plaza Circle Super 8 assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for a night at her hotel, so if that is true, no harm done to me, but makes me wonder about the whole process of booking through a third party! StayParkTravel, are you going to make sure this glitch doesn’t penalize my pocketbook?

Restful shuttle service outstanding

Clean, polite, excellent very early shuttle service to airport, good value.

Love to be close to the airport before a morning flight. Parking is free so only a little more than paying for parking at the airprt with a convenient shuttle

Based on other reviews and by word of mouth, we opted not to stay here. The only response to any of the reviews was to one where the people had not stayed there!

Good place to to stay before an early flight

Very clean. Convenient to the airport (7.5 miles). Lots of shops & restaurants within walking distance. We arrived back early but had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle because they schedule by your arrival time. Tip: tell them your plane is coming in 20 minutes prior to the actual scheduled time and if you are early, you are still good. Up to 14 days parking included in price of your room. Very convenient if you have an early morning flight and extended stay saves paying for airport parking.

I got this room for my 20 year old son. When he arrived, they charged him $11 more than what was supposed to be paid at the hotel. They told him it was for taxes. But taxes were supposed to be included. When I told him to go back and demand the $11 back, they only begrudgingly gave him back $8. It's the principle. If you're going to participate on these discount sites, then play nice with your customers.
