I loved this property, however upon checking in I was helped by a Hispanic female who was apparently having a bad day and did not want to have conversations and explain important information about a park & ride. She checked us in, provided our key and that was in. I had to ask where I should park my vehicle, what time the shuttle picked up to take us to the airport etc. she was clearly annoyed by my questions. In the morning when we were ready to leave to the airport-I just happened to ask an older gentleman who was now at the desk if I needed anything else to leave my vehicle. He proceeded to tell me that I just needed to make sure the window paper was visible. What window paper?? I guess she was supposed to provide that when I checked it. My car probably would have been towed-had he not told me that.

No 24 hour shuttle. Not as advertised. Disappointed. Had early AM flight and had to call Uber. For the amount you’re paying per night ,you would hope for covered parking.

Convenient location from airport, easy shuttle to airport, easy check in, good reception staff, and the town of Burlingame 5 mins away has many restaurants. Not the greatest hotel, but for price of $150 it was good option. Room okay, dated but clean.

We booked this hotel as we were flying to Dublin from San Francisco. We drove our car from Reno and dropped it off at the hotel and returned 12 days later. Our car was in good shape and the hotel room that we stayed in the night before driving back home was very nice, comfortable and quiet.
