I parked my car, was shuttled to and from the airport and, knowing I was arriving back from Costa Rica vacation late, stayed the night upon return. The staff were extremely kind and helpful coming and going. The parking lot is very large and felt safe to leave my car for 11 days. The location was easy to find; right off of the the highway. The shuttle came every 30 minutes, making it easy to get right to my departure area and be picked up after coming back. Returning from such an exquisite vacation, the room was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Checkout at noon gave me plenty of time to get my rest and regroup before leaving. Checkout was very simple.

The hotel staff is nice but the website let me book a stay with 8 days of parking even though i was gone for 15. This brought tension for me when I came back from my trip. After very long days of traveling I got told that I’m lucky my car didn’t get towed and I need to pay for 7 more days of parking. This was infuriating. I had another option and went with this hotel due to the overall price. The stay itself was short and ok.

Shuttle service was on time and speedy to/from airport. Room was clean, bed comfortable. It was all that we needed for a long trip to Europe, so we are very satisfied.

We use Crowne Plaza near San Francisco airport as our park and stay for its affordable and reliable travel convenience! Parking for up to 15 days and 1 nights stay on one end of a trip for less than the cost of one night in a lot of hotels (approximately $250). The airport shuttle is continual, including bag handling. The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms are basic , but the bed was comfortable and the room was quite - everything we needed after a 20 hour international travel day. Our car was expectedly dirty but no damages or issues.

The outside of the hotel is not being kept up. It gives a negative first impression. The drive going into the parking lot has weeds coming up in the curb by the gate. The outside entry looks dirty. Once inside things look much better.
