We stayed here a year ago. This recent stay showed us improvement. The breakfast set up was actually stocked with a variety of food and beverages. The drivers to and from the airport were friendly and very helpful.

I am a WWII veteran who is fortunate enough to be in good enough health to travel. The "brand new" clock radio we were given to replace the non-existent one in the room DID NOT WORK! The wake up call from the front desk NEVER HAPPENED! We were awakened by the shuttle driver knocking on our door, who was concerned that we weren't on board. WE ALMOST MISSED OUR FLIGHT! He was kind enough to wait for us...No time for shower...no time for breakfast! Other passengers said their room had no clock radio either! What kind of shabby place do you run? -Murray Stein

Everything about the package was great. The location is wonderful, easy access from highway. The hotel itself is older, so not what you would call beautiful to look at, but was clean and had everything you would want. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating, the hours for their breakfast are great for early travelers (starts at 4:30 am)and the shuttle service was prompt and curteous. We returned after midnight and the shuttle was there within about 15 minutes of our call. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

I had to argue with the front desk for 45 minutes to obtain the rate that I booked. I had a confirmation email showing this rate but the hotel wanted to charge me a higher price. At one point the man at the desk said take it or leave it, which was not acceptable to me. He said my options then were to leave or he would call the police. I had not yelled or swore. I could not believe it. 45 minutes later I had a room at the rate I booked. I have reported this incident to Ramada Corporate.

It was much easier to stay at the hotel than wake up at 5am to make our early flight. We got to the hotel late the night before, set up a wakeup call, and woke up at a reasonable time to make our flight. The trip to the airport was 10 minutes. We left our car for 6 days in the lighted hotel parking lot. It took about 25 minutes for the van to pick us up once we called from baggage claim when we arrived. He took us straight to our car. For the cost and convenience, it was well worth the cost (probably cheaper or about the same as long term parking).

We were flying out of BWI early the next morning. We picked the Ramada because it offered parking for our car during our 11 day trip and a shuttle service to & from the airport that was included in the room price. The price was very affordable. The hotel and the room were clean & comfortable. The lady working the front desk was very nice too. I will stay at this Ramada again.
